KBA Registration Information
Welcome to KBA Registration. Please review this information to make your registration process quick, efficient & accurate.
Step 1. Uniform Sizing - Height & Weight. Size your child for the proper uniform size and get their accurate height & weight. Fill out this information on the application form and fill out the application form completely and accurately. Copies of Birth Certificates and Medical Insurance information are required for all players.
Step 2. Registration Review. The person at the first stage will review your registration for accuracy and completion.
Step 3. Division Tables. Please proceed to the proper table for your division. You will be assigned a Registration number for your child's evaluation, an evaluation card, your child's evaluation date & time and other information. Please DO NOT LOOSE your evaluation card. On evaluation day - PLEASE pin the card on the TOP & Bottom of the card of the shirt. Note evaluation times are based on your child's last name. Please show up 15 prior to start of evaluations.
Step 4. Cashier. The cashier will take your payment and the registration form for your child(ren). Registration Fees are $85 per player - Mustang/Bronco/Pony Divisions
Registration Fees are $65 per player - Pinto/Jr. Pinto Divisions
2nd Child will receive $5 Discount
3rd $10 Discount
4th $10 Discount etc.
*** Registration Fees have increased due to higher costs for referees & insurance.
Step 5. Volunteer Table. Parents that are volunteering as Coaches, Referees and Scorekeepers should check in at the Volunteer Table and complete the Volunteer Forms.

Volunteer Information
KBA is an all-volunteer information. Your support and involvement is critical to the continuing success of KBA. The league takes thousands of hours of volunteer time to run effectively. This year we are asking ALL FAMILIES to volunteer in some manner. Significant Volunteer activities include: Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Referee and Scorekeeper/Timer. Minor Volunteer activities include: Registration Helper, Special Events Helper, and Minor Projects.
Pinto Division Changes
Pinto Division will be broken into two separate groups - Open & Select. Select Division will be comprised of more skilled players and fundamentally developed children in this age group. Open Division will be for less skilled players in need of more development. The board shall make all determinations on player placement. Coaches in this division will be evaluated to determine placement in Open or Select Division.
Refunds
Last day for Full Refunds for players that drop from KBA will be 12/6/09.
No Refunds will be issued after January 1/1/10.
Mandatory Evaluations
Evaluations are Mandatory in KBA to ensure that teams are properly balance in the draft process. All Players that do not participate in evaluations will be put on a waitlist.
Evaluation Dates & Times are as follows(all evaluations will be held at Enchanted Lake Park):
Jr. Pinto (5-6) - Evaluations are not required for this age group.
Pinto (7-8) - October 12 from 5pm - 7pm at Enchanted Lake Park.
Mustang (9-10) October 13 from 5pm - 7pm at Enchanted Lake Park.
Bronco (11-12) - October 14 from 5pm - 7pm at Enchanted Lake Park.
Pony (13-14) - October 15 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Enchanted Lake Park.
**SPECIAL REMINDER TO PONY PLAYERS - YOU WILL BE WAITLISTED IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND EVALUATIONS.
